VA Voluntary Service Mission
To provide a comprehensive and dynamic Volunteer Program under the management of professional VA Voluntary Service staff in cooperation with VA volunteers and the community to serve America's veterans and their families.

 

Volunteers and organizations contribute over 100,000 hours per year to Portland VA Medical Center. The Voluntary Service program has an average of 600 volunteers and is supported by more than 34 organizations dedicated to serving America's veterans.
