About Northwest PADRECC

Overview

The Northwest PADRECC is a collaborative effort of the Portland VA Medical Center (affiliated with OHSU, Oregon Health & Science University) and the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle. Clinical, research, and educational activities take place at both sites. Our primary purpose is to improve the health care of veterans with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders and to contribute to our understanding of this disease through scientific inquiry.

Within the VA system, the Northwest PADRECC provides exceptional and comprehensive clinical care, state-of-the-art research, and education and support for veterans, families, and health care professionals for all aspects of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders.
