Mood Disorders Center - Jennifer Loftis, Ph.D
|
Jennifer Loftis, Ph.D., is a Research
Psychologist at the Portland VAMC and Assistant Professor in
the Department of Psychiatry at OHSU. She has over seven years
of experience participating in both clinical and basic science
research projects. Her areas of interest include substance
abuse, consumatory and affective behaviors, and most recently
interferon induced depression in patients with hepatitis C.
Prior to OHSU, Dr. Loftis worked for three years as a
therapist treating adults with severe psychiatric and/or
developmental disorders in both inpatient and outpatient
settings. She is an author of a number of publications in peer
reviewed journals and regularly presents her research at
scientific meetings. She is a member of the Societies For
Neuroscience and Neurochemistry. |
