Benjamin Morasco, Ph.D. came to the Hepatitis C Resource Center after completing postdoctoral fellowships in Health Psychology and in Addictive Behaviors. He has been actively involved in treatment and research since 1997. Dr. Morasco specializes in the psychological treatment of adults with medical conditions, pain management, psychological assessment, and improving treatment compliance. His research interests include improving compliance with medical care, treatment of psychological and substance disorders within a medical population, examining the impact of psychological and behavioral factors on health outcomes, and making medical treatments more accessible for all individuals.
