Lents House Provides safe affordable, case managed housing to homeless/at risk veterans with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
Shelter Care Plus Provides time limited rental assistance and case management to homeless veterans with disabilities to help them maintain functional independent living.
Transitionial Housing Program Provides case managed shared housing to homeless veterans for up to two years.
Central Park Place Provides secure affordable SRO housing to homeless/at risk veterans.
Transitionial Lodging Unit Provides a time-limited living environment while resources are obtained to provide for successful transition to independent community living.
VASH Provides Section 8 housing vouchers and case management for 25 homeless veterans in the Portland Metropolitan area.
