Community Reintegration Services - Central Park Place

It is the Mission of Central Park Place/Single Room Occupancy (SRO) to provide and secure affordable housing in an alcohol, drug and violence free atmosphere where single adults who otherwise may be homeless may concentrate on stabilizing and redirecting their lives toward emotional, physical and economic well being.

There are several options available within the SRO unit:

  • SRO -- room with toilet, but bath and kitchen are shared. Microwave in each room. $315 month
  • SRO Plus -- room with small private kitchen and toilet. $335/month
  • Studio -- room with own bath, toilet and kitchen. $395/month

Admission Criteria:

  • Must be an eligible Veteran
  • Be homeless, at risk of being homeless, and/or disabled;
  • Have an income of less than $23,050/year, but can still afford to pay at least $295/month;
  • Be alcohol and drug free
  • Capable of independent living.
