"Acquisition of the digital camera has made photo documentation of our veterans' chronic wounds quick and easy to accomplish right here in our clinic. The camera has enabled us to improve interdisciplinary collaboration among providers for the care of our veterans, which has proved to be especially useful with regard to our long distance patients. Multiple providers have commented on how they appreciate these photos so they can more easily track their patients' progress. Some of our vets really get a big boost out of being able to see 'what it used to look like' as they move towards healing.
