Introduction
Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) is defined by the * ProClarity™ Getting Started Guide as; "... a way of analyzing data by interacting directly with data rather than by reviewing static paper reports." The manual goes on to say; "OLAP technology arranges raw data so that someone working at a computer can view the data in graphic formats that reflect a wide variety of relationships among the data. OLAP makes multidimensional analysis possible."
